Sometimes, while troubleshooting, an Exago rep will ask you to bypass the API and access Exago directly. This short guide will walk you through the process of completing this.
Bypassing the API will allow us to better establish whether or not an issue experienced is within the api code in use or within the webapp.
In the Admin console there is a parameter in Main Settings: Allow Direct Access to Exago. Setting this to True will allow direct access to the Exagohome.aspx in your browser.
From here you can navigate in your browser to [Exago Directory]/exagohome.aspx and continue troubleshooting.
