Grid lines in the Report Viewer can be optionally turned on or off for Advanced and CrossTab Reports.
Procedure
- Open the Report Viewer Options dialog:
- (pre-v2021.1) From the Report Settings
menu on the toolbar, point to Options and then click 
Report Viewer.
- (v2021.1+) From the Advanced
menu on the toolbar, click 
Report Viewer Options.
- (pre-v2021.1) From the Report Settings
- On the General tab under Display, check or uncheck Show Grid accordingly.
- Click Okay to close the Report Viewer Options dialog.
